1. Services Offered

We provide professional photography services (including passport and visa photos), custom photo framing, corporate gifting solutions, and manufacturing of ID cards, badges, and tags. All services are subject to availability and current production capacity.

2. Orders and Specifications

Orders are processed based on the specific requirements provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any photos, text, or specifications provided are accurate and of sufficient quality for production. We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain inappropriate or copyrighted material without permission.

3. Payments

For custom frames, bulk orders, and corporate gifting, a minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of order) is required to initiate production. Full payment must be settled upon completion or collection of the order. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and customizations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted if the production process has not yet commenced. Once materials are cut or photos are printed, the order cannot be cancelled, and the advance payment will be non-refundable.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Estimated completion dates are provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by material shortages, technical issues, or third-party courier services. Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon collection.

6. Usage Rights

Sri Lakshmi Photo Frame Works and Photo Studio reserves the right to display photographs of completed works (frames, collages, badges) in our studio or on our digital platforms for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the customer explicitly opts out at the time of order.

We collect basic information such as your name, phone number, and email address solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, invoicing, and keeping you updated on the status of your project.

2. Handling of Photographs

Any digital or physical photographs provided to us for framing or printing are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Digital files are stored on our secure systems only during the production phase and are typically deleted within 30 days of order completion, unless requested otherwise for future reprints.

3. Data Usage and Marketing

Your contact information is used strictly for communication regarding your orders. We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing purposes, nor do we share it with any third-party marketing agencies.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate physical and electronic security measures to protect your personal information and digital assets from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.

We guarantee that your personal information, contact details, and private photographs will never be sold, traded, or shared with third parties for their own commercial gain.
